YEREVAN, September 12. /ARKA/. Armenia's Central Bank has cut today the refinancing rate by 0.5 percentage points, setting it at 9.75%, the regulator's press service reported.
It said the Central Bank's Board has also lowered the Lombard repo rate to 11.25% and the rate at which funds are provided to commercial banks to 8.25%.
This is the third lowering of the refinancing rate by the regulator since the beginning of the year.
On June 13 , the Central Bank set it at 10.5%, reducing it by 0.25 percentage points, and on August 1 it cut the rate by 0.25 percentage points to 10.25% --0--.
