{"id":100537,"date":"2016-08-15T10:45:11","date_gmt":"2016-08-15T10:45:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2016\/08\/15\/245064\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:24:57","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:24:57","slug":"over-61-million-bought-by-armenian-banks-last-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2016\/08\/15\/100537\/","title":{"rendered":"Over $61 million bought by Armenian banks last week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, August 15. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenia\u2019s commercial banks bought more than $61 million from the local foreign currency market on August 8 to 12 at the average weighted exchange rate of 475.35 drams per one USD, the Central Bank of Armenia reported on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>It said the banks also bought 8.2 million euros and 1.2 billion Russian rubles at the average weighted exchange rates of 526.73 and 7.29 drams per one euro and one ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>The banks also sold about $76.1 million, \u20ac 10.3 million and 404 million rubles at average weighted exchange rates of 476.81, 531.52 and 7.29 drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, from August 1 to 7, the banks provided 35.6 billion drams worth loans in the national currency and $68.6 million worth loans in USD.
