{"id":100975,"date":"2016-08-31T14:54:39","date_gmt":"2016-08-31T14:54:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2016\/08\/31\/245136\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:25:12","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:25:12","slug":"acba-credit-agricole-banks-green-loans-to-contribute-to-environment-protection","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2016\/08\/31\/100975\/","title":{"rendered":"ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK\u2019S GREEN LOANS to contribute to environment protection"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, August 31. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK sets an example of how to promote usage of energy-saving technologies and to protect environment by using them, the press office of the bank reported on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>The bank applies in some of its branches innovative technologies that allow cutting its current expenses and contributing to protection of environment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have always implemented and continue implementing projects aimed at protection of environment,\u201d the bank\u2019s press office says.<\/p>\n<p>In various children establishments of Armenia are deployed more than 30 water heaters as part of ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK\u2019s social corporate responsibility programs.<br \/>\nThe bank\u2019s employees, along with the children attending these establishments, planted 2,000 trees.<br \/>\nAny program financed by the bank undergoes detailed analysis to be proven to be harmless for environment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK offers \u201d<a href=\"https:\/\/www.acba.am\/hy\/business\/get-a-loan\/energo-saving-loans\">GREEN\u201d LOANS<\/a> to make your business more effective and profitable,\u201d the press release says.<\/p>\n<p>ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK and the Central Bank of Armenia have signed a loan agreement as part of the Energy Efficiency for SMEs program that is being implemented by Germany\u2019s KfW Bank. The program implies provision of commercial express loans in the national currency to small and mid-scale businesses at 11-to-13.8-percent annual interest rates for development of alternation energy sources and enhancement of effectiveness of businesses in Armenia.<\/p>\n<p>ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK was established in 1996 as part of European Union\u2019s TACIS program.
