{"id":101024,"date":"2016-09-02T10:50:34","date_gmt":"2016-09-02T10:50:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2016\/09\/02\/245146\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:25:13","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:25:13","slug":"additional-stocks-of-armeconombank-listed-on-nasdaq-omx-armenia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2016\/09\/02\/101024\/","title":{"rendered":"Additional stocks of Armeconombank listed on NASDAQ OMX Armenia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, September 2. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Ordinary registered stocks of Armeconombank\u2019s additional issue were listed at NASDAQ OMX Armenia and included in the stocks B list, the stock exchange\u2019s press office reported on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>Armeconombanks\u2019 listed securities comprise 441,186 stocks (ISIN &#8211; AMHEZBS10ER5) with nominal value of AMD 2,500 will be traded under HEZB ticker symbol and will be allowed to manual and REPO trading as well, NASDAQ OMX Armenia said.<\/p>\n<p>The total number of ordinary registered stocks in B list is 1,707,995.<\/p>\n<p>Armeconombank was registered in 1991. Its shareholders are EBRD (11.05%), Saribek Sukiasyan (25.98%), Khachatur Sukiasyan (14.38%), Robert Sukiasyan (14.97%) and Eduard Sukiasyan (11.18%).<\/p>\n<p>Armeconombank\u2019s assets totaled AMD 114.1 billion and liabilities AMD 95.6 billion by the end of the second quarter of 2016. Its total capital amounted to AMD 18.5 billion. The bank ended the first half of this year with profits amounting to AMD 116.5 million.<\/p>\n<p>NASDAQ OMX Armenia is the only stock exchange currently operating in Armenia. On January 26, 2009, \u201cArmenian Stock Exchange\u201d ojsc was officially renamed as \u201cNASDAQ OMX Armenia\u201d ojsc. On June 5, 2009, \u201cNASDAQ OMX Armenia\u201d ojsc became the owner of 100% of the shares of the \u201cCentral Depository of Armenia\u201d ojsc.<\/p>\n<p>NASDAQ OMX Armenia and Central Depository of Armenia are among the main securities market infrastructure institutions in Armenia.The exchange offers to the market professionals a fully automated electronic trading platform.
