{"id":101621,"date":"2016-09-27T11:39:44","date_gmt":"2016-09-27T11:39:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2016\/09\/27\/245210\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:25:25","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:25:25","slug":"eurasian-development-banks-investment-package-in-armenia-30-million-in-2015","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2016\/09\/27\/101621\/","title":{"rendered":"Eurasian Development Bank\u2019s investment package in Armenia $30 million in 2015"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, September 27. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> The current package of the Eurasian Development Bank\u2019s investments in Armenia made in accordance with three projects of lending for small and mid-scale businesses and mining industry amounted to $30 million in 2015, the Eurasian Development Bank says in its annual report.<\/p>\n<p>According to the report, the bank continues the country\u2019s banking sector as part of the SME-supporting program.<\/p>\n<p>Armenia\u2019s share in the Eurasian Development Bank\u2019s investment portfolio is 1.36%.<\/p>\n<p>The Eurasian Development Bank\u2019s assets grew 4.4% to $3 billion by the end of the first half of 2016. Its loan portfolio shrank 10.3% to $153.7 million. The bank\u2019s capital was built up by 3.1% to $1.55 billion.<\/p>\n<p>The Eurasian Development Bank was established in 2006 by Russia and Kazakhstan, the then only members of Eurasian Economic Union.
