{"id":101672,"date":"2016-09-28T12:37:43","date_gmt":"2016-09-28T12:37:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2016\/09\/28\/245218\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:25:27","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:25:27","slug":"no-significant-risks-for-ensuring-projected-inflation-rate-armenian-regulator","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2016\/09\/28\/101672\/","title":{"rendered":"No significant risks for ensuring projected inflation rate \u2013 Armenian regulator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, September 28. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> No significant risks for ensuring the projected inflation rate in Armenia are seen in the medium term, despite deflationary risks in a short-term period, the board of the Central Bank of Armenia said at its session on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTaking into account deflationary risks, which are being formed as a result of the low inflation that remains in the short term, the fallen inflation outlooks as well as low demand, the central bank\u2019s board finds it reasonable to continue mitigating monetary conditions to have deflationary environment neutralized by the end of this year and the 12-month inflation returned to the projected rate,\u201d the reports says.<\/p>\n<p>At its session, the regulator\u2019s board decided to cut the key rate by 0.5 percentage points to 6.75%.<\/p>\n<p>This is the sixth cut of the refinancing rate made by the regulator this year.
