{"id":103158,"date":"2016-11-10T13:52:17","date_gmt":"2016-11-10T13:52:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2016\/11\/10\/245419\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:26:07","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:26:07","slug":"16th-issue-of-bonds-by-national-mortgage-company-placed-at-nasdaq-omx-armenia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2016\/11\/10\/103158\/","title":{"rendered":"16th issue of bonds by National Mortgage Company placed at NASDAQ OMX Armenia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, November 10, \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> On November 09, 2016 placement of nominal coupon bonds (NMCCB2G) issued by \u201cNational Mortgage Company\u201d Refinancing Credit Organization CJSC (RCO CJSC) took place at NASDAQ OMX Armenia.<\/p>\n<p>The Company submitted for placement 180,000 coupon bonds for the amount of AMD 1,800,000,000 with nominal value of AMD 10,000 and maturity period of 36 months. Five transactions were concluded during the placement, as a result of which bonds (ISIN:AMNMCCB2GER4) for a total amount of AMD 1,171,160,371.32 were placed. Cut-off price of the bonds was AMD 9,874.12, the cut-off yield stood at 10.5% and the weighted average yield was 10.4303%.<\/p>\n<p>Details of other financial instruments traded on NASDAQ OMX Armenia are available on \u201cFinancial Instruments\u201d page of the Company\u2019s official web-site: www.nasdaqomx.am.<\/p>\n<p>National Mortgage Company RCO CJSC was registered in the Central Bank of Armenia by the decision N 1\/1167A of the board of the Central Bank of Armenia dated October 19, 2011 Registration certificate N 26, Activity License N 26). The only shareholder is the Central Bank of Armenia.<\/p>\n<p>Currently three issues of corporate bonds by NMC (NMCCB2A, NMCCB2B and NMCCB2C) are listed on the main Abond list of NASDAQ OMX Armenia, while another two issues of the Company&#8217;s bonds (NMCCB1E, NMCCB1F) are admitted to trading on the free Cbond market.<\/p>\n<p>NASDAQ OMX Armenia is the only stock exchange currently operating in Armenia. On January 26, 2009, \u201cArmenian Stock Exchange\u201d ojsc was officially renamed as \u201cNASDAQ OMX Armenia\u201d ojsc. On June 5, 2009, \u201cNASDAQ OMX Armenia\u201d ojsc became the owner of 100% of the shares of the \u201cCentral Depository of Armenia\u201d ojsc.
