Its currency commitment to the government reduced 9.7% in the third quarter to AMD 1.2 billion.<\/p>\n<p>Financial and other organizations\u2019 currency deposits and accounts in the central bank have grown 3.2% since the beginning of this year to AMD 192.9 billion.<\/p>\n<p>Other borrowings in foreign currencies amounted to AMD 104.8 billion in late September 2016 against AMD 98.5 billion in 2015 (6.4% growth). The regulator\u2019s other currency liabilities totaled AMD 206.1 million (3.3% reduction).<\/p>\n<p>The central bank\u2019s liabilities in the national currency amounted to AMD 817.8 billion \u2013 6.5% less than in late 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Its liabilities to the government in drams have contracted by 20.7% over the mentioned period to more than AMD 150.4 billion.<\/p>\n<p>Dram liabilities \u2013 banknotes and coins in circulation shrank 1.3% to AMD 408.1 billion.<br \/>\nDram accounts and deposits of financial and other organizations reduced 7.4% to AMD 301.8 billion.<\/p>\n<p>Other dram liabilities amounted to AMD 2.4 billion (26.3% growth).
