Armenia\u2019s commercial banks bought around $66.6 million from the local foreign currency market on December 5 to 9 at the average weighted exchange rate of 481.34 drams per one USD, the Central Bank of Armenia reported on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>It said the banks also bought 7.6 million euros and 1 321.5 million Russian rubles at the average weighted exchange rates of 513.86 and 7.53 drams per one euro and one ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>The banks also sold about $82.7 million, \u20ac 10.47 million and 775.9 million rubles at average weighted exchange rates of 482.71, 518.34 and 7.61 drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, from November 28 to December 4, the banks provided 47.6 billion drams worth loans in the national currency and $56.8 million worth loans in USD.
