Their total liabilities stood at 35.4 billion drams, having increased by 3.8% from September.<\/p>\n<p>Their total capital amounted to 6.2 billion drams, having increased by 2.5% from the previous month. At the same time the retained profit of investment companies amounted to 1.746 billion drams, up from 1.561 billion drams at the end of September (11.9% growth).<\/p>\n<p>To date, there are 19 banks and 8 investment companies at the local securities market.
