ACBA Leasing, Zeppelin Armenia (the official representative of Caterpillar company in Armenia) and Caterpillar Financial have signed a tripartite memorandum of cooperation in the framework of which the parties will offer customers in Armenia more favorable terms for the acquisition of CAT machines through ACBA Leasing.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;From now on the funding from Caterpillar Financial will continue at lower rates compared to last year&#8217;s rates, taking into account the development of this sphere in Armenia thanks to the cooperation between ACBA Leasing and Zeppelin Armenia\u2019, &#8211; ACBA Leasing said in a press release. In the near future the parties will make a statement on funding terms.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Successful long-term cooperation between ACBA Leasing and Zeppelin Armenia has played a role in the development of various Armenian companies, and now, thanks to low interest rates, customers will not only be able to further improve the performance of their companies, but also to reduce costs&#8221;, &#8211; ACBA Leasing said.<\/p>\n<p>ACBA Leasing cjsc was founded in 2003 and is the first specialized leasing organization registered in Armenia. The company is the absolute leader in the market, and also one of the initiators of the legislative changes in this area.
