According to NSS, food prices (including alcoholic beverages and cigarettes) decreased by 3%, non-food products fell by 2.5%, while services rose by 1.8%.<\/p>\n<p>According to statistics, in 2016 December consumer prices were up 1.1% from November, triggered largely by a 3.1% drop in the prices of foods.<\/p>\n<p>It should be noted that deflation gave way to inflation in September. In particular, after seven months of deflation prices in September rose by 0.1%.
