The new prices were for one gram of chemically pure metals.<\/p>\n<p>The gold was to be bought at 16,700.38 drams (3.4% or 550.04 drams up from the previous week) and sold at 18,152.59 drams (3.4% or 597.87 drams up);<\/p>\n<p>silver was to be bought at 234.19 drams (up 7.97 drams) and sold at 254.55 drams (up 8.66);<\/p>\n<p>platinum was to be bought at 13,548.19 drams (up 542.76 drams) and sold at 14,726.29 drams (up 589.95 drams) and palladium was to be bought at 10,378.19 drams (down 908 drams) and sold at 11,280.64 drams (up 986.95 drams).
