{"id":106215,"date":"2017-03-06T14:14:07","date_gmt":"2017-03-06T14:14:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2017\/03\/06\/246027\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:28:22","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:28:22","slug":"around-87-3-million-bought-by-armenian-banks-last-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2017\/03\/06\/106215\/","title":{"rendered":"Around $87.3 million bought by Armenian banks last week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, March 6. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenia\u2019s commercial banks bought around $87.3 million from the local foreign currency market on February 27 to March 3 at the average weighted exchange rate of 486.04 drams per one USD, the Central Bank of Armenia reported on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>It said the banks also bought 14.5 million euros and 895.5 million Russian rubles at the average weighted exchange rates of 511.54 and 8.33 drams per one euro and one ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>The banks also sold about $113.7 million, \u20ac 12 million and 343.7 million rubles at average weighted exchange rates of 487.21, 515.83 and 8.42 drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>No dollar exchange transactions have been effected at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange over the mentioned period.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, from February 20 to 26, the banks provided 53.3 billion drams worth loans in the national currency and $38.6 million worth loans in USD.
