The credit organization was awarded license No. 232-by the Central Bank in September 2010. The sole shareholder of the organization is Garik Mushegyan.<\/p>\n<p>As of the end of 2016, the organization\u2019s assets declined by 51% to 459.1 million drams, liabilities slashed by 91% to 38.4 million drams and the capital fell by 21.6% to 420.7 million drams.
