{"id":106944,"date":"2017-04-10T10:33:42","date_gmt":"2017-04-10T10:33:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2017\/04\/10\/246150\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:28:47","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:28:47","slug":"around-68-million-bought-by-armenian-banks-last-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2017\/04\/10\/106944\/","title":{"rendered":"Around $68 million bought by Armenian banks last week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, April 10. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenia\u2019s commercial banks bought around $54.5 million from the local foreign currency market on April 3 to 7 at the average weighted exchange rate of 483.57 drams per one USD, the Central Bank of Armenia reported on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>It said the banks also bought 11.4 million euros and 770.1 million Russian rubles at the average weighted exchange rates of 514.06 and 8.55 drams per one euro and one ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>The banks also sold about $72.3 million, \u20ac 12 million and 339.9 million rubles at average weighted exchange rates of 485.14, 518.38 and 8.66 drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>No dollar exchange transactions have been effected at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange over the mentioned period.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, from March 27 to April 2, the banks provided 60.1 billion drams worth loans in the national currency and $91.4 million worth loans in USD.
