{"id":107301,"date":"2017-04-28T12:03:19","date_gmt":"2017-04-28T12:03:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2017\/04\/28\/246230\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:29:07","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:29:07","slug":"finca-uco-nominal-coupon-bonds-worth-amd-1-5-million-placed-at-nasdaq-omx-armenia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2017\/04\/28\/107301\/","title":{"rendered":"FINCA UCO nominal coupon bonds worth AMD 1.5 million placed at NASDAQ OMX Armenia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, April 28. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Nominal coupon bonds (FNCAB2) issued by \u201cFinca\u201d Universal Credit Organization CJSC (UCO CJSC) were placed Thursday at NASDAQ OMX Armenia, the stock exchange reports.<\/p>\n<p>The Company submitted for placement 150,000 coupon bonds for the amount of AMD 1,500,000,000 with nominal value of AMD 10,000, coupon rate of 12.75% and maturity period of 24 months.<\/p>\n<p>Purchase orders for a total value of AMD 1,861,352,596 were submitted for the Company\u2019s bonds (ISIN- AMFNCAB22ER2), as a result of which the bonds were fully placed. The Issuer has attracted AMD 1,501,239,156 from placement. Cut-off price of the bonds was AMD 10,001.72, the cut-off yield stood at 12.74%, and the weighted average yield was 12.702%.<\/p>\n<p>Details of the placement are available for download at \u201cNews\u201d section of NASDAQ OMX Armenia official web-site: www.nasdaqomx.am.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;FINCA&#8221; Universal Credit Organization CJSC was founded and licensed in March, 2006 (license N13 given by Central Bank of RA).
