{"id":107474,"date":"2017-05-10T11:53:03","date_gmt":"2017-05-10T11:53:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2017\/05\/10\/246264\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:29:14","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:29:14","slug":"around-80-4-million-bought-by-armenian-banks-last-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2017\/05\/10\/107474\/","title":{"rendered":"Around $80.4 million bought by Armenian banks last week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, May 10. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenia\u2019s commercial banks bought around $80.4 million from the local foreign currency market on May 2 to 6 at the average weighted exchange rate of 484.14 drams per one USD, the Central Bank of Armenia reported on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>It said the banks also bought 10.7 million euros and 1 million Russian rubles at the average weighted exchange rates of 527.23 and 8.39 drams per one euro and one ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>The banks also sold about $82.9 million, \u20ac 13.9 million and 480.1 million rubles at average weighted exchange rates of 485.41, 531.16 and 8.47 drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>No dollar exchange transactions have been effected at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange over the mentioned period.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, from April 24 to 30, the banks provided 38.4 billion drams worth loans in the national currency and $57.1 million worth loans in USD.
