{"id":108855,"date":"2017-07-17T12:49:55","date_gmt":"2017-07-17T12:49:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2017\/07\/17\/246528\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:30:10","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:30:10","slug":"95-1-million-bough-82-1-million-sold-by-armenias-commercial-banks-last-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2017\/07\/17\/108855\/","title":{"rendered":"$95.1 million bough, $82.1 million sold by Armenia\u2019s commercial banks last week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, July 17. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenia\u2019s commercial banks bought around $95.1 million from the local foreign currency market on July 10 to 14 at the average weighted exchange rate of 478.30 drams per one USD, the Central Bank of Armenia reported on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>It said the banks also bought 8.9 million euros and 1.4 billion Russian rubles at the average weighted exchange rates of 544.41 and 7.89 drams per one euro and one ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>The banks also sold about $82.1 million, \u20ac 15.1 million and 661.4 million rubles at average weighted exchange rates of 479.70, 548.19 and 7.99 drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>No dollar exchange transactions have been effected at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange over the mentioned period.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, from July 3 to July 9, the banks provided 45.1 billion drams worth loans in the national currency and $45.2 million worth loans in USD.
