{"id":109145,"date":"2017-08-01T14:48:16","date_gmt":"2017-08-01T14:48:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2017\/08\/01\/246581\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:30:23","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:30:23","slug":"nominal-coupon-bonds-by-armswissbank-cjsc-listed-on-nasdaq-omx-armenia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2017\/08\/01\/109145\/","title":{"rendered":"Nominal coupon bonds by &#8220;ArmSwissbank&#8221; cjsc listed on Nasdaq Omx Armenia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, August 1. \/ ARKA \/.<\/strong> Starting from August 01, 2017 USD (SWISB4), Euro (SWISB5) and AMD (SWISB6) denominated nominal coupon bonds issued by &#8220;ARMSWISSBANK&#8221; CJSC will be listed on the secondary Bbond list of NASDAQ OMX Armenia, and will be allowed to manual and REPO trading as well.<\/p>\n<p>The Banks USD-denominated bonds with SWISB4 ticker (ISIN &#8211; AMSWISB24ER1) include 100,000 coupon bonds with nominal value of USD 100, coupon rate of 6.75% and maturity period of 7 years.<br \/>\nEuro-denominated bonds with SWISB5 ticker (ISIN &#8211; AMSWISB25ER8) include 100,000 coupon bonds with nominal value of EUR 100, coupon rate of 5 % and maturity period of 6 years.<\/p>\n<p>The Company&#8217;s AMD-denominated bonds with SWISB6 ticker (ISIN &#8211; AMSWISB26ER6) include 40,000 coupon bonds with nominal value of AMD 50,000, coupon rate of 12.75% and maturity period of 4 years.<\/p>\n<p>Details of other financial instruments traded on NASDAQ OMX Armenia are available \u0585n \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/nasdaqomx.am\/en\/9\/trading\/10\/instruments\">Financial Instruments<\/a>\u201d page of the Company\u2019s official <a href=\"https:\/\/nasdaqomx.am\/\">website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;ARMSWISSBANK&#8221; Closed Joint Stock Company was established on October 7, 2004 as a closed joint stock company and on February 25, 2005 was granted banking license by the Central Bank of Armenia. The Bank\u2019s shareholders are Mr. Vardan Sirmakes, CEO, founder and 100% owner of \u201cFrank Muller Watchland\u201d company and BELEGGINGSMAATSCHAPPIJ JONGO B.V., owning 80% and 20% of the Bank\u2019s shares, accordingly.
