{"id":109903,"date":"2017-09-15T09:55:58","date_gmt":"2017-09-15T09:55:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2017\/09\/15\/246699\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:30:50","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:30:50","slug":"amd-denominated-coupon-bonds-by-converse-bank-listed-on-nasdaq-omx-armenia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2017\/09\/15\/109903\/","title":{"rendered":"AMD denominated coupon bonds by Converse Bank listed on NASDAQ OMX Armenia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, September 15. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Starting from September 15, 2017 nominal coupon bonds issued by &#8220;Converse Bank&#8221; CJSC will be listed on NASDAQ OMX Armenia and included in the bonds&#8217; main Abond list, the press office of the stock exchange reported on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCurrent issue of the Company&#8217;s bonds comprises 10,000 coupon bonds with nominal value of AMD 100,000, coupon rate of 10.5% and maturity period of 24 months,\u201d the stock exchange reports in its press release. \u201cThe bonds (ISIN &#8211; AMCOVSB23ER7) will be traded under COVSB3 ticker symbol and will be allowed to manual and REPO trading as well.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The list of securities listed and admitted to trading on NASDAQ OMX Armenia, is available on \u201cInstruments\u201d page of NASDAQ OMX Armenia official website (www.nasdaqomx.am).<br \/>\n&#8220;Advanced Global Investments&#8221; LLC (80.94 %), HayPost Trust Management B.V. Company (14.06 %) and the Armenian Apostolic Church (5 %) are the shareholders of &#8220;Converse Bank&#8221; CJSC.<\/p>\n<p>The Bank provides full range of banking services, including loans, deposits, payment cards, investment and custody services, remote services, on-line payments and etc.<\/p>\n<p>NASDAQ OMX Armenia is the only stock exchange currently operating in Armenia. On January 26, 2009, \u201cArmenian Stock Exchange\u201d ojsc was officially renamed as \u201cNASDAQ OMX Armenia\u201d ojsc.<\/p>\n<p>On June 5, 2009, \u201cNASDAQ OMX Armenia\u201d ojsc became the owner of 100% of the shares of the \u201cCentral Depository of Armenia\u201d ojsc.
