{"id":110016,"date":"2017-09-25T13:09:56","date_gmt":"2017-09-25T13:09:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2017\/09\/25\/246713\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:30:52","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:30:52","slug":"around-73-28-million-bought-by-armenian-banks-last-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2017\/09\/25\/110016\/","title":{"rendered":"Around $73.28 million bought by Armenian banks last week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, September 25. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenia\u2019s commercial banks bought around $73.28 million from the local foreign currency market on Septemebr 19 to 23 at the average weighted exchange rate of 477.40 drams per one USD, the Central Bank of Armenia reported on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>It said the banks also bought 10.1 million euros and 1.46 billion Russian rubles at the average weighted exchange rates of 570.18 and 8.21 drams per one euro and one ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>The banks also sold about $80.4 million, \u20ac 12.7 million and 423.4 million rubles at average weighted exchange rates of 478.90, 574.78 and 8.31 drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>No dollar exchange transactions have been effected at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange over the mentioned period.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, from September 11 to 17, the banks provided 45.2 billion drams worth loans in the national currency and $56.9 million worth loans in USD.
