{"id":110972,"date":"2017-11-13T12:26:47","date_gmt":"2017-11-13T12:26:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2017\/11\/13\/246873\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:31:27","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:31:27","slug":"around-71-3-million-bought-by-armenian-banks-last-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2017\/11\/13\/110972\/","title":{"rendered":"Around $71.3 million bought by Armenian banks last week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, November 13. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenia\u2019s commercial banks bought around $71.3 million from the local foreign currency market on November 6 to 10 at the average weighted exchange rate of 485.33 drams per one USD, the Central Bank of Armenia reported on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>It said the banks also bought 8.3 million euros and 1 billion Russian rubles at the average weighted exchange rates of 562.12 and 8.20 drams per one euro and one ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>The banks also sold about $80.8 million, \u20ac 14.8 million and 638.8 million rubles at average weighted exchange rates of 487.19, 565.99 and 8.31 drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>No dollar exchange transactions have been effected at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange over the mentioned period.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, from October 30 to November 5, the banks provided 67.5 billion drams worth loans in the national currency and $45.2 million worth loans in USD.
