{"id":111079,"date":"2017-11-17T13:26:21","date_gmt":"2017-11-17T13:26:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2017\/11\/17\/246897\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:31:32","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:31:32","slug":"armenian-credit-organizations-increase-lending-by-12-42-to-amd-321-8-billion-in-jan-sept-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2017\/11\/17\/111079\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenian credit organizations increase lending by 12.42% to AMD 321.8 billion in Jan-Sept 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, November 17. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenian credit organizations\u2019 credit exposure and leasing transactions has grown 15.42% since the beginning of this year and totaled AMD 321 billion in Jan-Sept 2017, according to ARKA News Agency&#8217;s bulletin \u00abThe Credit Organizations of Armenia\u00bb based on the companies&#8217; quarterly reports.<\/p>\n<p>Top five credit organizations in ARKA News Agency&#8217;s ranking are Export Finance, Bnakaran Yeritasardnerin, the National Mortgage Company, FINCA and Fast Credit.<\/p>\n<p>Export Finance, with its AMD 66.7 billion lent in Jan-Sept 2017 and 49.6% growth, is topping the ranking.<\/p>\n<p>Bnakaran Yeritasardnerin has built up its lending by 30.92% to AMD 46 billion, and the National Mortgage Company by 40% to AMD 41.49 billion.<\/p>\n<p>Finstead, FINCA Credit Organization&#8217;s lending has shrunk 9.8% since the beginning of the year to AMD 22.7 billion.<\/p>\n<p>Fast Credit has increased its loan portfolio by 17.47% to AMD 21.2 billion.<\/p>\n<p>Credit organizations&#8217; assts totaled AMD 443.8 billion in late September (12.35% growth) and liabilities AMD 213.2 billion (1.61% growth).
