{"id":112506,"date":"2018-02-12T14:40:21","date_gmt":"2018-02-12T14:40:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2018\/02\/12\/247166\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:32:32","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:32:32","slug":"around-105-2-million-bought-by-armenian-banks-last-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2018\/02\/12\/112506\/","title":{"rendered":"Around $105.2 million bought by Armenian banks last week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, February 12. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenia\u2019s commercial banks bought around $105.2 million from the local foreign currency market on February 5 to 9 at the average weighted exchange rate of 481.43 drams per one USD, the Central Bank of Armenia reported on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>It said the banks also bought 8.7 million euros and 730 million Russian rubles at the average weighted exchange rates of 594 and 8.41 drams per one euro and one ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>The banks also sold about $69.2 million, \u20ac 18.5 million and 572.1 million rubles at average weighted exchange rates of 482.8, 598.65 and 8.0 drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>No dollar exchange transactions have been effected at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange over the mentioned period.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, from January 29 to February 4, the banks have provided 59.4 billion drams worth loans in the national currency and $86.9 million worth loans in USD.
