{"id":113373,"date":"2018-04-03T09:16:55","date_gmt":"2018-04-03T09:16:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2018\/04\/03\/247328\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:33:10","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:33:10","slug":"usd-denominated-coupon-bonds-by-unibank-listed-on-nasdaq-omx-armenia-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2018\/04\/03\/113373\/","title":{"rendered":"USD denominated coupon bonds by Unibank listed on NASDAQ OMX Armenia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, April 3. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Starting from April 03, 2018, coupon bonds with total nominal value of 5 MUSD issued by \u201cUNIBANK\u201d OJSC will be listed on NASDAQ OMX Armenia and included in the bonds&#8217; Main Abond list, the press office of NASDAQ OMX Armenia reported on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>According to the press release, the current issue of the Company\u2019s bonds comprises 50,000 coupon bonds with nominal value of USD 100, coupon rate of 5.5% and maturity period of 39 months.<\/p>\n<p>The bonds (ISIN &#8211; AMUNIBB24ER2) will be traded under UNIBB4 ticker symbol and will be allowed to manual and REPO trading as well.<\/p>\n<p>The list of all securities listed and admitted to trading on NASDAQ OMX Armenia, is available on \u201cInstruments\u201d page of NASDAQ OMX Armenia official website (www.nasdaqomx.am).<\/p>\n<p>Unibank&#8221; OJSC was founded in October 2001, as a closed joint stock company. In 2015 &#8220;Unibank&#8221; CJSC was reorganized in &#8220;Unibank&#8221; Open Joint Stock Company. One of the bank&#8217;s main objectives is the financing of small and medium enterprises.
