{"id":113632,"date":"2018-04-17T11:37:48","date_gmt":"2018-04-17T11:37:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2018\/04\/17\/247364\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:33:18","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:33:18","slug":"armenian-banks-bought-93-6-million-last-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2018\/04\/17\/113632\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenian banks bought $93.6 million last week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, April 17. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenian banks bought a total of $93.6 million at the local inter-bank forex market in a time span from April 9 to April 13 at the weighted average exchange rate of 481.97 drams per one USD, the Central Bank reported today.<\/p>\n<p>It said the banks bought also 9.2 million euros and about 1.1 billion Russian rubles at the weighted average exchange rates of 591.79 drams per \u20ac 1 and 7.69 drams per 1 ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>In the same time span the banks sold about $97 million, 17.2 million euros and 888.7 million Russian rubles at the weighted average exchange rates of 483.42, 595.87 and 7.91 drams per one USD, one euro and one ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>No transaction with US dollars were effected in the same time span at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange.<\/p>\n<p>Besides, from April 2 to April 8 the local banks provided about 46.6 billion drams worth loans in the Armenian national currency and $28.9 million worth loans in USD.
