Such a decision was carried out by Artur Javadyan, Head of CB on May 17, 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Insurance company \u201cRosgosstrakh-Armenia\u201d was founded in May 2008 by investment holding company \u201cR.G.S. Assets Limited\u201d (100% of shares). In April 2010 Ltd \u201cRosgosstrakh\u201d (100% of shares) became the shareholder of \u201cRosgosstrakh-Armenia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>As of March 31, 2010 assets of CJSC \u201cRosgosstrakh-Armenia\u201d were 2.4 billion drams, total liabilities \u2013 1.1 billion drams, total capital \u2013 1.3 billion drams and charter capital of the company &#8211; 1.19 billion drams. Net income of the company for the first quarter of 2010 was 102.5 million drams.
