{"id":114497,"date":"2018-06-11T10:01:36","date_gmt":"2018-06-11T10:01:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2018\/06\/11\/247548\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:33:59","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:33:59","slug":"around-80-million-bought-by-armenian-banks-last-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2018\/06\/11\/114497\/","title":{"rendered":"Around $80 million bought by Armenian banks last week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, June 11. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenia\u2019s commercial banks bought around $80 million from the local foreign currency market on June 4 to 8 at the average weighted exchange rate of 482.49 drams per one USD, the Central Bank of Armenia reported on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>It said the banks also bought 10 million euros and 1 133.1 million Russian rubles at the average weighted exchange rates of 564.57 and 7.75 drams per one euro and one ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>The banks also sold about $72.1 million, \u20ac 27.7 million and 572.8 million rubles at average weighted exchange rates of 483.73, 568.04 and 7.84 drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>No dollar exchange transactions have been effected at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange over the mentioned period.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, from May 28 to June 3, the banks have provided 43.6 billion drams worth loans in the national currency and $71.4 million worth loans in USD.
