{"id":114835,"date":"2018-07-02T12:06:32","date_gmt":"2018-07-02T12:06:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2018\/07\/02\/247610\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:34:12","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:34:12","slug":"around-93-1-million-bought-by-armenian-banks-last-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2018\/07\/02\/114835\/","title":{"rendered":"Around $93.1 million bought by Armenian banks last week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, July 2. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenia\u2019s commercial banks bought around $93.1 million from the local foreign currency market on June 25 to 29 at the average weighted exchange rate of 481.52 drams per one USD, the Central Bank of Armenia reported on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>It said the banks also bought 11.5 million euros and 1 561 million Russian rubles at the average weighted exchange rates of 558.16 and 7.61 drams per one euro and one ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>The banks also sold about $114.3 million, \u20ac 16.5 million and 552 million rubles at average weighted exchange rates of 482.70, 562.91 and 7.70 drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>No dollar exchange transactions have been effected at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange over the mentioned period.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, from June 18 to 24, the banks have provided 61.9 billion drams worth loans in the national currency and $63.2 million worth loans in USD.
