{"id":117579,"date":"2018-12-04T12:29:15","date_gmt":"2018-12-04T12:29:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2018\/12\/04\/248079\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:35:55","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:35:55","slug":"armenian-banks-lending-surpasses-for-the-first-time-3-trillion-drams","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2018\/12\/04\/117579\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenian banks\u2019 lending surpasses for the first time 3 trillion drams"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, December 4 \/ ARKA \/.<\/strong> Armenian banks\u2019 lending amounted to 3.022.1 trillion drams in late October, having increased by 34.8 billion drams or 1.16% from the previous month, the Central Bank said.<\/p>\n<p>The amount of loans provided to residents stood at 2.799.4 trillion drams (an increase of 1.15%), with 1.229.9 trillion drams being loans in drams (an increase of 2.3%), and 1.569.4 trillion drams &#8211; in US dollars (an increase of 0.24%).<\/p>\n<p>According to the Central Bank, loans issued by Armenian banks to corporate clients amounted to 1.540.8 trillion drams, to households \u2013 to 1.059.4 trillion drams, to companies not pursuing a profit \u2013 to 110.2 billion drams and to other financial organizations \u2013 to 88.7 billion drams.<\/p>\n<p>In October, loans to non-residents amounted to 222.7 billion drams (an increase of 1.2%).
