On January 24, the bonds will be placed on the main Abond  list, the bank said in a press release.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IDBank bonds will be traded under AMANLBB26ER3 ticker symbol. Investors will have the opportunity to freely purchase and sell bonds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sixth issue of USD-denominated IDBank coupon bonds was held on October 22 to the tune of  $5 million. The face value of a bond is $100, the circulation period is 2 years and 3 months, the yield on the coupon is 5.25%, the payments on the coupons will be made quarterly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IDBank is one of the most active players in the Armenian Securities Exchange. Until now  the bank has made 6 issues of USD-denominated  bonds with a total volume of $25 million and one dram-denominated issue in the amount of one billion drams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On December 12, IDBank redeemed and paid out coupons of the first bond issue via non-cash transfers to bank accounts of individuals and legal entities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, 4 issues of USD-denominated bonds worth $20 million and one issue of dram-denominated one billion worth bonds are in circulation at the Securities Exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IDBank was established in 1990 and registered in  1991 as Anelik Bank CJSC. In May 2017, the bank made a rebranding and was renamed to IDBank. Today the bank has two shareholders &#8211; FISTOCO LTD &#8211; 59.7% and CreditBank S.A.L. &#8211; 40.3%.
