{"id":118937,"date":"2019-01-24T11:18:24","date_gmt":"2019-01-24T11:18:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2019\/01\/24\/248210\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:36:26","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:36:26","slug":"armenian-premier-discusses-with-vtb-president-prospects-for-attracting-russian-investments","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2019\/01\/24\/118937\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenian premier discusses with VTB president prospects for attracting Russian investments"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>YEREVAN, January 24. \/ARKA\/. <\/strong>Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met with Russian VTB Bank President Andrey Kostin yesterday on the margins of Davos Economic Forum, the press office of the Armenian government reports. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the meeting, Nikol Pashinyan highly valued VTB Bank\u2019s presence in Armenia\u2019s financial market and in different branches of the economy and also stressed the importance of its investment activity in many segments of the country\u2019s economy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Introducing his government\u2019s priorities concerning the business environment and economic development, the premier highlighted the need for the banks, including VTB Bank, to adequately respond to the indications coming from the business sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ways of expanding VTB Bank\u2019s activities in different spheres of Armenia\u2019s economy were discussed at the meeting as well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>VTB Bank Armenia joined VTB Group in April 2004.
