Coupon payments have to be made once in every six months.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the report, this is the tenth issue of ArmSwissbank bonds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bank has presented for listing also bonds totaling \u20ac3 million, which will be allowed for trading on June 10. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ArmSwissbank CJSC was registered on October 7, 2004, and received its license from the Central Bank of Armenia on February 25, 2005. On September 14, 2007, ArmSwissbank became a member of NASDAQ OMX Armenia Stock Exchange. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bank\u2019s shareholders are Franck Muller Watchland (80%) and Belegingsmachepij Jongo LLC (20%).
