{"id":126728,"date":"2020-02-04T12:43:10","date_gmt":"2020-02-04T12:43:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2020\/02\/04\/249090\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:40:09","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:40:09","slug":"yerevan-to-host-ebrd-annual-session-in-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2020\/02\/04\/126728\/","title":{"rendered":"Yerevan to host EBRD annual session in 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>YEREVAN, February 4. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development will hold its 2021 annual session in Yerevan, the press office of Armenian Vice-premier Tigran Avinyan reported on Tuesday on his Facebook page. &#8220;We have received the EBRD governors&#8217; decision, and I am happy to inform you that Yerevan has been chosen as place that will host the EBRD 2021 assembly,&#8221; Avinyan posted on his Facebook page. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stressing the importance of the event, Avinyan said that the eyes on all the 69 EBRD member countries, as well as other guests, will be on Armenia in spring 2021. &#8220;This is an important achievement and a well-deserved assessment of political and economic progress in Armenia,&#8221; he wrote. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is a flagship institutional investor in Armenia, which has invested \u20ac1.4 billon since 1992 in implementation of 180 programs. The year 2019 was the most successful for amounts of investments &#8211; \u20ac120 million has been invested in 15 projects.   <br>\nThe bank invests money in finance, corporate area, infrastructures and energy.
