It is a company that provides services similar to PayPal,&#8221; Arshakyan said.<br> He stressed that similar negotiations are underway also with two other companies, including PayPal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br> TransferWise is a London-based online money transfer service founded in January 2011 by Estonians Kristo K\u00e4\u00e4rmann and Taavet Hinrikus.
