Later peaches, apples, barley \/ wheat, potatoes, plums, watermelon \/ melon were added to them. Insurance contracts for the main crops (against frost, hail and fire) are concluded in almost all regions of Armenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The amount of insurance compensation claims depend on 5 risk zones; about 50-60% of payments are subsidized. Farmers can conclude insurance contracts with Ingo Armenia, Rosgosstrakh-Armenia and SIL Insurance companies.
