{"id":137177,"date":"2021-12-21T11:08:56","date_gmt":"2021-12-21T11:08:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2021\/12\/21\/250132\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:46:21","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:46:21","slug":"idbank-issued-another-tranche-of-dollar-bonds-of-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2021\/12\/21\/137177\/","title":{"rendered":"IDBank issued another tranche of dollar bonds of 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>YEREVAN, December 21, \/ARKA\/. <\/strong>On December 21 of this year,\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/30KZTlk\" target=\"_blank\">IDBank<\/a>, through a public offer, issued another tranche of nominal coupon bonds under the abbreviation AMANLBB2EER3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The total amount of the nominal coupon bonds of the third issue of 2021 is USD 5 million. The bonds have a circulation period of 27 months, the annual interest rate is 4%, and the bonds will be paid quarterly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bonds will be placed from December 21, 2021 to March 18, 2022 inclusive. After the placement, the bonds will be listed in the &#8220;Armenian Stock Exchange&#8221; OJSC. The bonds will be quoted through the Marketmaker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To get IDBank bonds it is necessary to fill in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3soiOha\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">the form<\/a>&nbsp;and present it to the Bank, then the bonds will immediately become visible in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/idram.app.link\/press\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Idram&amp;IDBank<\/a>&nbsp;application. To view the bonds, it is necessary to enter the \u201cBanking\u201d section in Idram&amp;IDBank application, choose the \u201cBonds\u201d section where all necessary information about the bonds is presented: the abbreviation, quantity, nominal value, annual coupon interest rate, payout date and the date of redemption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can get the detailed information about the bonds of the Bank&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3peIGdk\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Bank informs also that the funds attracted by means of nominal bonds are considered to be guaranteed bank deposits and are guaranteed by the Deposit Guarantee Fund of Armenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Bond prospectus was registered by the CBA, resolution N1\/392A of the Chairman of the CBA from July 23, 2021.
