In the same period last year, 13,877 mortgage borrowers were refunded 4.5 billion drams of income tax.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The SRC said the growth of the figures was facilitated by the launch of the electronic platform of income tax refunds for mortgage interest repayment and the increase in the number of borrowers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The scheme sets a limit on the cost of housing purchased from the primary real estate market in the amount of AMD 55 million and a limit on the VAT refund of no more than 1.5 million per quarter.
