{"id":140047,"date":"2022-05-27T12:16:01","date_gmt":"2022-05-27T12:16:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2022\/05\/27\/250356\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:47:38","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:47:38","slug":"armenian-finance-minister-and-head-of-adb-yerevan-office-discussed-armenias-loan-portfolio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2022\/05\/27\/140047\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenian Finance Minister and\u00a0head of\u00a0ADB Yerevan Office discussed Armenia&#8217;s loan portfolio"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>YEREVAN, May 27. \/ARKA\/. <\/strong>Armenian Finance Minister Tigran Khachatryan\u00a0and\u00a0Paolo Spantigati,\u00a0\u00a0the\u00a0head of the Yerevan Office of the Asian Development Banks (ADB),\u00a0discussed today ADB&#8217;s current and future projects in Armenia, the\u00a0Finance Ministry&#8217;s press service reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It said Khachatryan attached importance to the&nbsp;&nbsp;effective partnership&nbsp;between the Armenian government and&nbsp;ADB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The two men were said to&nbsp;give special&nbsp;attention to the construction of the North-South Highway,&nbsp;financed by the bank,&nbsp;as well as&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;&nbsp;improvement of the&nbsp;road networks and transport infrastrcuture in&nbsp;Yerevan&nbsp;and&nbsp;beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sides also touched upon the provision of technical assistance by the ADB to Armenia in&nbsp;&nbsp;reforming the&nbsp;justice and healthcare&nbsp;sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ADB&#8217;s&nbsp;total&nbsp;investments in Armenia totaled $1.6 billion as of late February this year.&nbsp;&nbsp;ADB, founded in 1966, has 68 members in 49 regions.
