YEREVAN, August 17. \/ARKA\/. ARKA News Agency published a regular quarterly newsletter \u201cIndicators of activities of banks of Armenia\u201d for the second quarter of 2010.<\/p>\n
The bulletin is based on press coverage of uniform financial reports of banks, as well as any additional information provided by those organizations.<\/p>\n
The \u201cIndicators of the activities of banks of Armenia\u201d newsletter contains approximately 60 pages of tabular material for the various bank indicators and consists of 9 main sections: 1. General characteristics of Banks. 2. Assets. 3. Liabilities. 4. Capital. 5. Profit\/Loss 6. Financial cash flows. 7. Indicators of solvency and liquidity 8. Standard Indicators of Risk 9.\u3000Indicators of banks\u2019 profitability.<\/p>\n
The information contained in the bulletin gives the opportunity to present an overall picture of the financial standing of banks in Armenia and make a comparative analysis of their activities.<\/p>\n
ARKA News Agency has operated since May 1 of 1996 and specializes in financial, economic and political information.<\/p>\n
The agency has issued its quarterly bulletin \u201cIndicators of the activities of Armenian banks\u201d since 1999 and \u201cCrediting organizations of Armenia\u201d quarterly bulleting since March 2005.<\/p>\n
Since May 2006 ARKA News Agency has issued \u201cFinancial indicators of banks\u201d per the data of annual independent audits.<\/p>\n
