{"id":146870,"date":"2023-01-24T11:21:30","date_gmt":"2023-01-24T11:21:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2023\/01\/24\/250719\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:50:12","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:50:12","slug":"armenias-share-in-eeu-trade-increases-to-2-9-in-11-months-of-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2023\/01\/24\/146870\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenia&#8217;s share in EEU trade increases to 2.9% in 11 months of 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>YEREVAN, January 24. \/ARKA\/. <\/strong>Armenia&#8217;s share in the Eurasian Economic Union\u2019s (EEU)\u00a0overall trade\u00a0increased from 1.2% to 2.9% in the first 11 months of 2022, according to the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The share of Kyrgyzstan increased from 1.1% to 1.8% and that of Kazakhstan from 10.7% to 11.6%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Russian imports from the EEU member countries increased by an estimated 31.2% y\/y.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overall, the mutual trade of EEU member states increased by 12.9%&nbsp;yoy&nbsp;in the first 11 months of 2022 to $74.6bn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to&nbsp;EDB&nbsp;analysts, the volume of&nbsp;EEU&nbsp;mutual trade in 2022 is&nbsp;estimated to be&nbsp;$82-84 billion (an increase of about 13% yoy).
