He particularly noted that the changes will apply to border guards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the decision, 40 employees of the NSS will be entitled to take advantage of the preferential mortgage program annually since 2024. It will cost the state 157 million drams annually.
