The theft was reported&nbsp;by the manager to&nbsp;&nbsp;the head&nbsp;office&nbsp;of Artsakhbank in Yerevan, which in turn reported it&nbsp;&nbsp;to the Armenian Police&nbsp;on October 6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the Investigative Committee, on September 22 after learning that the population&nbsp;in Nagorno-Karabakh began&nbsp;evacuating to Armenia,&nbsp;the manager of the branch in the town of Martuni took all the money &#8211; about 60 mln.
