{"id":151962,"date":"2023-11-28T12:09:55","date_gmt":"2023-11-28T12:09:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2023\/11\/28\/251226\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:53:06","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:53:06","slug":"armenian-deputy-pm-and-adb-president-emphasize-expansion-of-cooperation-in-infrastructure-development","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2023\/11\/28\/151962\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenian Deputy PM and ADB President emphasize expansion of cooperation in infrastructure development"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>YEREVAN, November 28. \/ARKA\/. <\/strong>Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan and Asian Development Bank (ADB) President Masatsugu Asakawa emphasized today the importance of expanding cooperation in such areas as infrastructure and human capital development.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the press service of the government, they also exchanged views on the employment and digitalization reforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deputy Prime Minister highly assessed the cooperation with ADB, noting that the jointly implemented programs are in tune with the strategic priorities of the Armenian government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grigoryan attached importance to ADB&#8217;s cooperation with private sector companies, emphasizing its contribution to developing the business culture in Armenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister presented to the ADB President the main needs of Nagorno-Karabakh refugees and the support measures implemented by the government to address them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Monday Armenia and ADB signed two loan agreements on Seismic Risk Reduction Program and Yerevan Urban Development Investment Program worth more than 120 million euros.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ADB is one of Armenia&#8217;s largest development partners.
