{"id":152354,"date":"2023-12-19T14:05:06","date_gmt":"2023-12-19T14:05:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2023\/12\/19\/251268\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:53:17","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:53:17","slug":"vtb-armenia-opens-privilege-customer-service-zones-in-5-branches","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2023\/12\/19\/152354\/","title":{"rendered":"VTB (Armenia) opens &#8220;Privilege&#8221; customer service zones in 5\u00a0\u00a0branches"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>YEREVAN, December 19. \/ARKA\/. <\/strong>VTB (Armenia) has opened zones for individual servicing of &#8220;Privilege&#8221; segment clients in five branches &#8211; two in Yerevan, and also in Etchmiadzin, Armavir and Gyumri.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the bank&#8217;s press service, in 2024 the bank plans to double the number of offices with dedicated space for the owners of the premium package of services.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The &#8216;Privilege&#8221; package gives access to the bank&#8217;s premium services. Clients receive individualized service, more favorable financial conditions and a high level of service. A private meeting room with the possibility to perform banking operations is provided for such clients in the bank&#8217;s offices.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The &#8216;Privilege&#8221; package holders can consult a personal manager on any financial issues, open and replenish a deposit, account or card, cash out funds, make commission transactions and money transfers in dedicated areas. As part of the service, free service is available for one of the client&#8217;s family members.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;The new zones will improve the quality of customer service and, first of all,&nbsp;their apperance&nbsp;is dictated by the desire of customers themselves to receive personalized service. The concept of zoning in the bank&#8217;s branches is built in such a way as to ensure maximum comfort and privacy for them. By the end of the year, 10% of our branch network will be able to serve clients in the new &#8216;Privilege&#8217; areas.
