{"id":15410,"date":"2010-10-01T09:31:19","date_gmt":"2010-10-01T09:31:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2010\/10\/01\/231552\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T12:48:18","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T12:48:18","slug":"armenian-banks-aggregate-credit-portfolio-grows-2-3-to-amd-792-billion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2010\/10\/01\/15410\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenian banks\u2019 aggregate credit portfolio grows 2.3% to AMD 792 billion"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, October 1. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenian banks\u2019 aggregate credit portfolio grew 2.3% or by AMD 17.7 billion over August reaching AMD 792 billion by the end of the month, National Statistical Service of Armenia reports.<\/p>\n<p>The loans extended by banks in foreign currencies totaled AMD 440.6 billion in late August after growing 3.3% or by AMD 14.2 billion over this month, and loans extended in the national currency amounted to AMD 351.4 billion after growing 1% or by AMD 3.5 billion.<\/p>\n<p>Prolonged loans shrank by 1.9 billion to AMD 37.1 billion by late August, and overdue loans grew 1% or by AMD 41 million over August and reached AMD 4.2 billion by the end of this month.<\/p>\n<p>August\u2019s 1.9% increase enlarged Armenian banking system\u2019s actual total to AMD 833.2 billion.
