{"id":154410,"date":"2024-04-26T10:47:39","date_gmt":"2024-04-26T10:47:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2024\/04\/26\/251450\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:54:20","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:54:20","slug":"armenian-banks-paid-taxes-worth-amd-22-5-bln-in-the-first-quarter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2024\/04\/26\/154410\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenian banks paid taxes worth AMD 22.5 bln\u00a0\u00a0in the first quarter"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>YEREVAN, April 26. \/ARKA\/. <\/strong>All Armenia-based 18 commercial banks are in the list of 1000 largest corporate taxpayers compiled for January-March 2024, having paid 22.5\u00a0billion\u00a0drams in various taxes, the State Revenue Committee said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>About 21.9 billion drams were collected by tax authorities and 592.4 million drams by customs authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The top five banks in terms of tax size were Acba Bank &#8211; AMD 3.2 billion (13th place), Ameriabank &#8211; AMD 3.1 billion (14th place), Ardshinbank &#8211; AMD 2.4 billion (22nd place), Unibank &#8211; AMD 2.3 billion (23rd place) and Inecobank &#8211; AMD 1.5 billion (40th place).&nbsp;&nbsp;The Central Bank&nbsp;&nbsp;paid 621 million drams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to official data, Armenia&#8217;s 1000 largest taxpayers paid more than 387.1 billion drams in taxes in the first quarter of 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mobile Center Art tops the list (19.9 billion drams in taxes paid), followed by Gazprom Armenia (18.2 billion drams), Zangezur Copper and Molybdenum Combine (15.6 billion drams).
