So, the Ministry of Finance has opened an account to collect donations,\u201d the statement said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Domestic transfers in Armenian drams can be sent to the account no.&nbsp;900005003315, while card transfers are available online in any currency using the e-payments system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heavy rains flooded Armenia\u2019s northeastern provinces Lori and Tavush on 25 and 26 May, causing the Debed, Aghstev, and Tashir rivers to overflow their banks. As a result, portions of the railway and the freeway connecting Armenia with Georgia were destroyed. So far, the death toll stands at 4, and 443 individuals have been evacuated from the flooded area.
