YEREVAN, November 1. \/ARKA\/. Insurance amounts of Armenian insurance companies made 3250.3 billion drams in the 3rd quarter of 2010.<\/p>\n
According to CB Armenia, total volume of insurance payments was 6.6 billion drams in the 3rd quarter increased by 43.2% compared with the 2nd quarter of 2010. 3.1 billion drams was given to re-insurers from this amount.<\/p>\n
Volume of insurance payments was 1324 million drams in the reporting period compared with the previous quarter of 2010 \u2013 69.3%. The share of re-insurance in the volume of insurance payments was 415 million drams.<\/p>\n
Volume of insurance reserves of insurance companies was 2917 million drams as of September 30, 2010 versus 2865 million drams in the second quarter.<\/p>\n
